Thin Ice Shop Cats
Gibbous AKA Gibby
Our current shop cat, Gibby the Six-Toed Menace. Gibby came from our very first litter that we fostered through Ten Lives Club. This teeny tiny little alien of a kitten won all of our hearts and now he's Thin Ice's newest icon.
Atticus aka Atti
The original Thin Ice cat, Atticus, known as Atti, was born in a barn in Elma, NY in November of 2005 and came to live at Thin Ice in March 2006. Sadly she passed away in October 2020 at almost 16 years old!
Simon
Simon was born in August of 2013 and came to live at Thin Ice shortly thereafter. The life of a shop cat wasn't for him so we pulled the old switcheroo and took him home in November of 2016 and brought his mom, Lyra, to live at the store.
Lyra aka Marshmallow
Lyra was a pregnant West Side stray when she was adopted in July of 2013. She came to live at the store in November of 2016. She retired to live as a pampered house cat in October of 2023.
